[Disco Wizard! [Secret Santa 2024]]

AAAAHH WOW!!! I saw the art through the secret santa portal and I just stumbled on the full post here just now by total accident and AAAA THIS IS THE COOLEST!! I think I ran out of room on my response in secret santa so let me just say again- thank you so so much, this is absolutely the coolest and I love it!! I'm so glad to have the extra doodles and the commentary on the thought process behind the art, it feels like getting a whole new present :)

Thank you so much for putting so much extra love into this, it shows!! And Phrygius absolutely would fall under his own fake orb of manipulation, you have him spot on haha. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Aw MAN! I think something went horribly wrong on someone's end (ends were definitely involved somewhere) because I can't find your note on the Secret Santa page. I was very confused about the whole "Make a Project" option and had thought mine didn't even submit properly or that you didn't see it and was genuinely considering sending you a DM to make sure you saw the post!

And then literally as I'm coming to NG to send you a DM, I see your comment and go "OH SHIT SIDOOPA SAW IT!"

I'm so glad you like it, I fell madly in love with this wizard man and had so many ideas and was making so many sketches. As a character designer myself by trade, I felt the passion and love that went into his design, and immediately understood his character just from your Secret Santer page about him. I dug through your gallery and went "WAIT IT'S SIDOOPA, OMG THE PERSON WHO MADE THE I HAVE THE KEYS TO YOUR HOUSE GIF I USE"

And I was just juggling ideas, getting inspirations, coming up with characters to draw him with, I juggled so much and ultimately decided on Disco Wizard.

I would love to come back and finish up the other sketches too since he's such a charming bastard man. You have a remarkable talent for character design, and an equally remarkable talent for animation (love your El Dorado and Clone High bits!!) and I was honored to draw this man for you.
